Ši Privatumo politika paaiškina, kaip mes – Scent Divine UAB – renkame, naudojame ir saugome Jūsų asmens duomenis, kai naudojatės mūsų svetaine ir paslaugomis. Joje taip pat aprašytos Jūsų teisės į privatumą ir tai, kaip įstatymai Jus saugo.

Šioje Privatumo politikoje vartojamos sąvokos turi šią reikšmę:

• Bendrovė (toliau – „mes“, „mūsų“, „Scent Divine UAB“) – įmonė, registruota Lietuvoje.

Pagal BDAR Jūs turite teisę:

• Prašyti ištaisyti netikslius duomenis;

• Prašyti ištrinti duomenis („teisė būti pamirštam“);

• Apriboti duomenų tvarkymą;

• Perkelti savo duomenis;

• Pateikti skundą Valstybinei duomenų apsaugos inspekcijai.

9. Saugumas

Įgyvendiname tinkamas technines ir organizacines priemones Jūsų duomenims apsaugoti. Vis dėlto, joks perdavimo internetu ar elektroninio saugojimo būdas nėra visiškai saugus, todėl negalime garantuoti absoliutaus saugumo.

10. Nepilnamečių privatumas

Mūsų svetainė neskirta asmenims iki 18 metų. Sąmoningai nerenkame tokio amžiaus vartotojų asmens duomenų. Jei pastebite, kad nepilnametis pateikė mums savo duomenis, prašome susisiekti su mumis – juos pašalinsime.
